We met DG Arquitetos when my wife and I went to visit our plot in the Estância do Lago condominium and saw a sign/advertising on one of the plots with the image of the house that will be built on that plot and the The image of that house already enchanted us, we looked for the company and scheduled a first meeting with Douglas to get an idea of the costs and time to develop a project on our land. It was all very fast, we showed our land and commented on what we would like to have in our house, George showed us several of his projects and in less than a week we had already signed the contract with the value, payment terms and delivery time really very fair. and that would fit in our budget. We left for the first meeting to detail our desires and the DG took charge of the topographic survey, already in the first presentation of the architectural project we were amazed, because in a single meeting the DG managed to understand and put on paper exactly what we had dreamed of. Really seeing a family dream come true is beyond words. After some minor adjustments, we “hit the hammer” on the final project and the DG took care of all the rest of the project detailing, including the structural part, lighting, interiors and project approval at the condominium and city hall, that is, it took care of everything and will still make some visits to the work to ensure that the architectural project is actually carried out by the construction company.
